Here is a 50cal ecig mod. It is sold out on this site but maybe you could look around and find one. GrimmGreen did a review on it and gave it pretty bad reviews though i believe because it was very limited with what you could do.

Atomic RDA on V-Creations Lunar Mech! best vape ive ever had! dual coil setup with cotton running at .16 ohms... the batteries are rated for 30A continuous drain and 60A max... so its safe! juice is Apple Fritter made by a shop in indianapolis called Pure Vape Indy! 100% vg 6mg. delicious and boatloads of vapor! oh and the drip tip is from smok-emountain mech works.

It's a humble collection, but it gets the job done. The setup on the left is a Siam Cobra atop an older Gus telescopic. The middle rig is clones. In the works is at least one good regulated mod, probably one more decent mech mod, and maybe a couple rebuildables, then i'll have everything I need and I won't want to buy anything else (ya, right ).

Absent from the picture are about 187 clearomizers than I hope i'll never have to use again, now that I've gotten into RBAs.
