2 holes should be fine with the Smokteks, cant speak for other vendors other than hearing that Boges dont have as much filler material inside or its not as absorbent so you might need 3 holes if you ever switch to them out of preference or circumstances.

Want to make sure I get compatible pieces:

If I get

19mm XL tube from IBTanked
19mm Stainless Steel Caps from IBTanked (these come with an extra set of O rings)
Single Coil XL tank Cartomizer from smoktek.com (2 hole or 3 hole for 100% vg?)

I should be set to go, right?

You might also want to get a sleeve/thread cover at some point. It's purely aesthetic. It makes your set-up more stream-lined. http://www.smoktek.com/eGo-DCT-Cone-for-35ml-SmokTank--Type-D_p_196.html And since you like cinnamon, you will also want to get a stainless steel drip it (Smoktek sells those too)

I agree with getting the ego cone. I have all sizes but think the "c" type looks best on my twist and IBTanked. Gotta run now but if you want I can post a pic for you tomorrow afternoon.

Hi - how large is your tank? I have different sized cones too and it seems the 'C' sticks out a little on the 19mm tank - but then, the 'D' is slightly narrow. Lol! I fee like Goldilocks. I still use the the 'B' size, which is really too narrow if you look closely, but it's black and I like how it looks. I'm trying to find a vendor who carries the other sized cones in black, who also carries something else I want. I don't like the idea of paying shipping for just one little cone.
