Vaptamist how do you find the Ultra. I've been looking at this or the bit larger one. I figure that an eGo battery is $20 and they are subject to breakage. So for say $120 I could have this and I think it comes with 2 batteries. So I could get 4 more for a total of 6 for the same price and not have to worry about breakage. Would still have battery death but I'm sure it would still be cheaper and it's a sweet looking unit.

It's a really nice unit, but not for everyone. I use it more as a dripping device with the RES, than the "fill up with x number of drops" that some people try to use it as (i.e. a "tank" system). The slide switch takes some getting used to. The RES has Ceramic on the inside, and we all know that ceramic is fragile, so you want to be careful with it. I make a point not to stand it up on it's bottom, and I lay it on it's side when it's not in use, so I haven't had any problems.

Battery life for me works perfectly for taking to work. Today I took it to work with a fresh battery, and a single extra battery, and I made it home without even having to swap in the extra battery. To be perfectly honest, I don't get much vaping time at work, so it was mainly the commute (about 45 min to an hour each way), two 15 minute breaks, and a 30 minute lunch. I don't chain vape it either. For a lot of people this wouldn't work, as they get much more vaping time during the day than I do - they would need to take probably 2 extra batteries, which isn't really a big deal.

With that said - if you're worried about battery life, I'd recommend the midrange Ultra instead of the Ultralite. It uses a 14500 battery which has a LOT more vape time. If you're not concerned about a tiny or small mod (even the 14500 is tiny!), I'd recommend the Ultramax. Its really not all that big of a mod either, all things considered. It's still smaller than a Provari mini. I have all 3 models because I like them so much.

I'll reiterate though - it's not a mod for everyone, and isn't as "plug and play" as something like an ego or a silver bullet. If you're worried about breakage or you're clumsy, and the thought of having to purchase another ceramic down the road makes you seethe with rage, than I would recommend against it. With that said, I haven't broken a ceramic yet, but I know some people have.

Thanks. Not concerned about breakage of the atty just the battery. Probably would use it with a variety of vaporizer. I just find the eGo batteries fragile ie. one drop and the switch or something breaks, one of my Joyteck ones the middle contact sits a bit low and I have to pry it up sometimes. I'm not looking for vv or oversize long life just dependability and not too much $. Don't need a GG or Provari just something solid and dependable. Thanks for your help.
