Hey dirquist, i see you said you like the tank better than your genesis style tank? How does the cartomater work? I’ve got one, although mine is the carto version.. I am looking to get a rebuildable atomizer, but was thinking about getting one of these as well? However it would be a while lol but my question is, do you just push in a new atomizer when the current one goes out? Or is it rebuildable? And I’m guessing it has weep holes in the side of the atomizer similar to a carto tank set up?

Ill try this in order best I can.

1. Yes I am preferring the Reactor to my Genesis LV but I guess the answer as to why is a little complicated. Essentially this is due to my personal priorities which I know differ from most. Here are some of the pluses and minuses that lead me to my conclusion. (A) Size and weight, the Genesis LV is huge and bulky and this is not something I like. (B) Vapor production is a little better on the Reactor. Now this could be a fault of my own. I only own this one Genesis style tank and perhaps I am not the best building it yet. I followed directions online as best as possible but have no other experiences to compare. (C) Cost, this is low on my priority list. Honestly I dont mind buying an atomizer once every few weeks. I understand if some do. (D) Hassle. Now the Genesis isnt much hassle but certainly more than the Reactor for me. So I prefer the Reactor for that. In sum, I just kind of prefer the Reactor for size and ease of use. If your good with Genesis style mods and dont mind setting them up and you dont mind the huge size and weight of my particular Genesis atomizer then maybe you also disagree.

2. Just for the sake of accuracy there is no cartomator, its the Reactor which is different. But yes, I understand what you meant. Now that said it is essentially the same as the cartomator only it uses a proprietary atomizer that you get from Nhale. Its like $9 each so pricy.

3. Yup, it has holes in the side just like a carto and is replaceable and not rebuildable. It is also swapped out in the same manner as a carto.

Here is a link to the Reactor thread and video in first post as well as a link to my initial impressions. Warning that Im long winded and my impressions are long but somewhat detailed for first impressions.

Since this is a pic thread please direct any other questions to my PM box :)

Nope not at all long winded! Thanks for the response! I’ve wanted to try a rebuildable genesis style atomizer and I’ve ordered a defcon mini rebuildable from chopper 71! It has not got here yet so i cannot tell you what i think about it so far, but I’ve been wanting to get one just in case the fda did ban e-cigs i would not be left with whatever cartos i have left... But i have also been interested in the reactor, i just did not know if it was rebuildable. So thank you for your response! After i get set up with a good rebuildable (I-atty pro V) for my beloved provari I would love to try a reactor! So thanks again and I’m going to check out those links you have provided.

äxgüsee for the filthy blanket. it's the dog's. always remind him to hoover it but you know, dogs nowadays ....

so here is my Smok Vmax with a Genisis LV rebuildable. this setup has become my all day mod. take it everywhere, either for a long walk in the woods with the beast or shopping or - since i am analog free - sports :headbang: or just at home where i work :matrix:

actually a coil with 1.8ohm - vape it at 3.0 - 3.4 volt. great flavour and good clouds of vapour

The Vmax is a beast and I am really careful of what carto of atty I put on it. Anything below 2.0 ohms will just pop!!!!!

i guess there something wrong with it (you know with the amperage... me no electricio) you should send it back to the shop you bought it...
