Got a Smoove kit and quit analogs June 1st (1 month cig free today!), but I gave my kit to my partner (business) and now he's hooked I carry around the pipe bomb now. My wife calls it "the peace pipe"

Go to a free image hosting site, for eg. TinyPic. Upload your pic/ Choose 'Message Board' (for large or 'Website' for mediuml)/ Upload Now/ then copy and Paste the IMG Code directly in your post where you want your pic to appear.

I use Imgur for pics. You don't have to sign up, but it's nice if you do. No captchas and they don't randomly delete images like tinypic does.

They also have a Firefox add-on to automatically transload an image you see online to them. (lotta sites block hotlinking of their images)

You could also use Photobucket, postimage.org or any other host.
