Its a wallet for Bach Flower Essences holding 40 glass mini pipettes bottles with 2ml each. I found it perfect for dripping as you can have many flavors to choose from in a small case.

There are no carto tanks there. Those are rebuildable atomizers, Odys, and I believe a GG UFS. Advanced vapers dont go anywhere near cartos, IMO.
