The kick won't fit,it goes into a 18xxx size tube,the BB and provape1 are 14500 PV's

Sorry. That's cool, but they do look pretty close without a size reference. That looks a lot like an SB with a BB button and a different top to me.

But, that might help me out. I really like the look of the BB, but a Kick won't fit and I'm not hyped about stacking CR2s for 6V (for obvious reasons). That might be just the thing. Or are they another one of the impossible to buy things?

They won't fit, otherwise I probably would have ordered one by now. The provape-1 with a kick would be awesome…the quality/feel of a provari that people rave about without that interface that would drive me mad.
