When I found this thread, I was vaping on a Mistic. It gave me my first cigarette-free day, but damn I'm glad I found this place……I don't think it would have lasted long term. Now, I can't imagine going back to cigarettes……and there are always pretty and interesting toys to play with.

I'm probably eventually going to wind up with something of a collection, though missing some of the classic staples. I have no idea why, but GGs, Paps, caravelas(sp?), and Zenesis mods don't really appeal to me.

The best device is the one YOU enjoy vaping with, and that will be different for everyone. There is absolutely no need to spend a lot of money to get good vaping gear. There's also no hurry to get the latest and greatest, because ecig technology is advancing like cellphone or computer tech is. The latest and greatest today will be replaced by something better down the road.

On the other hand, vaping becomes a hobby for a lot of people. Collecting, experimenting, and socializing can all be a lot of fun. I thought I'd save a lot of money. While it's true that I've spent more on vaping toys than I would have on cigarettes thus far, I have something to show for it besides a few thousand stinky cig butts. I have better health, a happier wife, a new social circle, and a lot of cool toys, most of which hold a very good resale value should I decide to quit vaping. It's an investment in myself.

Ok, I've rambled on enough. Time to kick back, relax, browse the forums, and have a vape. :vapor:

WOW! Kinda speechless seeing that when all I have is a wallyworld e-cig in hand...
Hey you will get there Keep on Vaping! I started on a Walmart Ecig too! Hey they work like a champ though for being available at walmart I am happy to see walmart starting to cater to the vapors that may not have access to the vaping supplies you can find online so that at least gives them a solid opportunity to vape and it is still less expensive than analogs GREAT DEAL :) the more money you save, the closer you get to having a gem of a device like the ProVaris . Keep on Vaping !

Well Said my friend, well said!! :vapor:

Lots of really good looking stuff here, I am amazed. I started with an ego kit which I am still using. It works for me, nothing fancy just like me. Lol.

Same here, started with a Mall bought eGo C kit that I paid way too much for, but I was helping out a friend, plus I did not know any better at the time. I still use the batteries :) but know have two mods, waiting for my Alpha UltraMax to show up right now and have that REV3 I posted. I am addicted now :)

Oh, I totally get that. I was just commiserating (or something) with somebody who said they were on a walmart e-cig, which is probably the Mistic. It was a fine vape for then. I'm just glad I found this forum. What I have now is way cheaper in the long run and much more satisfying.

The potential collection I was referring to is just that, a collection. I just don't see the appeal of some of the stuff that's really popular.
