It's a baton holder. I found it at 911 supply. It's in Calgary, Alberta Canada, it's a local supply store and they supply to emergency personnel. They have a online store as well. Considering what the Sabre Touch is made from I'm thinking a solid steel pipe it could come in pretty handy if I get into a sticky situation and enjoy a vape after the chaos. LOL
