It's just 32AWG Kanthal ran side by side. A dual coil/single wick setup if you will. That build metered out at 1.3Ω. The wires are only crossed at the posts. Oxidize the mesh well Took me a couple tries, popped the coil on my first 2 tries before I remembered switching to a worn battery heh 3.5ish V.
