The Nemies are actually 130 Euro, about $170. There is a tax, like VAT, and the tax and shipping make it come out to about $220, but I don't count those .... or tell my husband about those.
They screw down as far as they need to. They just don't look flush because of the brass-colored piece.
There's a video on the RM2 explaining how to move the air hole around as well. I got lucky, and mine is about exactly where it should be. I don't have a clue how common or uncommon that is, but I don't remember noticing the o-rings on the only other one I've seen IRL.
But your not using those batteries in the Vamo right? It's designed for unprotected IMR type batteries:

Quit smoking and starting vaping June 7. Here's my setup so far.
3 eGo batts, 2 iClear 16s, carry case (fits all my PVs, 2 bottles of juice and my charge cord), PV holder and assorted juices.
The 2 boxes are leftovers from my smoking days. I used to roll my own, now they hold extra bottles of juice. They hold 2 15 ml bottles perfectly so I don't have to worry about leaks in my purse.
