Do those long leads ever get hot on you? I'd shorten them as much as you can, if I were you.

No they work quite beautifully as long as I keep them close in size and keep the coil tight. I like the coil as close as I can get it to the airhole.

That coil in particular came out to 1.5 ohms with no hotspots.

I've posted this elsewhere but why not again? I love the way the AGA T2 looks on a sigelei Zmax.

Seems like a waste of coil to me. Look how long it takes to heat up. Here's my 1.8 ohm 34 gauge 2-over-3 coil.

But I've expressed my thoughts on microcoils before.

I'm with you on this one. Though I haven't delved all that deep into microcoils and I think they have some redeeming qualities; I'm very satisfied with a "standard" ~30 gauge coil wrapped tightly at around 1.5 ohms. Response time is great and flavor is satisfying.

Whatever works for you, rojo.. no?

It may take a sec to glow super bright but it starts making tasty vapor (and lots of it) as soon as I hit the button. The vid is just to show that long and/or uneven legs are irrelevant with a micro

It seems that microcoils evade all conventions -- improbable hacks that shouldn't work at all but mysteriously and simply do for lots of people. I just haven't been able to find the magic I guess. But I agree, anything is better than smokes.

Whoa XeniaMike.... please tell me you've seen the movie "Gummo"?

I haven't but I've heard about it. The city has a thing on their website trying to debunk it. I'll be generous and just say it's the strangest place I've ever lived. Kind of like a real life John Waters film, which is why vaping is nice, I don't have to go outside and see it as much.
