Where is top notch at? I've only been to vapour lounge in that area, its a nice place and the owners are real nice..... I also want to check out Vape Cr3w in Ontario, anyone been there?

Holy crapola! Yeah, man. That's a little much. Very, very nice collection. But a little much. Lol.
I live in Ontario Vape Cr3w has great customer service and a chill place to kick it but not too many products yet but they are getting more things every week
You are going to like this place, really cool stuff they have, many high ends and a ton of juices to choose from.
I was at VapeCr3w yesterday, and it's a fairly new shop, not many options to go for, limited amount of mods, juice supply was limited and prices seem to me personally a little bit on the high side.
