It's called a Proclip., or Pro-clip .... you can find them a couple different places.
The work pretty well on a ProVari, pretty tight, nothing is gonna fall out, but seem REALLY tight on 22mm mods.
I have a couple and haven't tried to really shove them on.
I may bend one of them a little to make it looser, for the 22mm mods.
