I'm usually rocking 18350s and 14500s when out-n-about. 18500s when at home. Seldom the 18650s.

Hmmm .. don't know what to say, may be I'm too hard headed. I ordered two telescopic mods and ordered 2 18650 batteries with them. And now I'm thinking I should have ordered on 18650 and one 18350. What if I didn't like the length of the mod? What if 18350 is just sufficient for one day vaping? Argh .. :(

Oh well, my day is pretty long, from 5 in the morning to midnight. I vape about 2 to 3 ml in these hours. Do you think 18350 is sufficient for 19 hours vaping?

Seems like everyone uses 18650 batteries .. makes me wonder, is there anyone who uses lower capacity batteries in their mod(s)?

On a day to day basis I always carry a smaller mod its just more convenent. But then again I ususally carry a few of them to swap them out when the battery dies which it will atleast in my case. Here's a list of my daily vapes starts out with the BaGau 14500, then to the Sentinel with 18350*, then EGo mini, and as a last resort there's the Brass M16 with 18650.
Edit: The BaGau is my favorite just wished I had a dripper that matched the diameter better.

Take this as a general guideline for Runtime:
For chain-vaping:
18350 = 3.5 hrs. (+1 hrs for normal vaping)
18500 = 5.0 hrs. (+1.5 hrs for normal vaping)
18650 = 6.5 hrs. (+2 hrs for normal vaping)

That really made me feel good. My day is 19 hours and most of the time I'm working on my computer and vaping every 30 mins. Although I can plug my batteries and charge them but I'm lazy. Actually, my Twin 18650 VV ThroatHit has made me lazy. On a single full charge, it works for 3 to 4 days without another charge. So yeah, I'm kinda lazy at hooking up the batteries every few hours. I guess, 18650 will last me a whole day with my style vaping. At least, it will be good for 8 hours, that's confirmed :D

Q, I love you bro... but I disagree with this assessment!! :p

Let's let everyone know what EXACTLY those numbers in the battery mean. We will use one example battery, the 18350.

18350 - The 18 equals the diameter in milimeters, the 35 equals the height of the battery in milimeters and finally the 0 refers to the shape of the battery, in this case "round"

And I'm not sure what you're chain vaping and getting these run times, but I can say these numbers would be far less on all counts.

I've always "heard" to look at the mAh rating to determine hours of use.

Ex: 700 mAh = 7 hours

Obviously these numbers can't be solid as there are many factors that play into the run time of a battery.
