Yes it is, just got it a few days ago. Need to get myself a good rebuild-able tank so I can really enjoy it though. The vivi's just do not do it justice.
I just moved house and I found him darting about in my room. He doesn't speak much but he's well into the vaping gear.

On the right is my previous unit, a chrome lavatube with an 808 adapter, smoov carto, and a skull metal drip tip. Loved that thing, variable voltage 3-6 volts, ran on a 18650 battery.
On the left is my current unit, an Innokin iTaste MVP. Also with an 808 adapter and smoov carto, and a knucklehead swivel drip tip. This thing is so great. I highly suggest buying one. The battery life is unbelievable, it's variable (3-5v), it has a puff counter, and it even has a USB output so you can charge your phone from it! (or, even vape a passthrough!)

Thanks for sharing .... I had my wife use the tazer on me to ensure it would repel an attacker ....yes they work very well. lol
CE4, 2.8 ohms, long wicks, 1.6ml volume, 510-t 128 mah manual and auto batteries, DIY e liquid with Flavor Apprentice flavors. Waiting on ego-c kit to arrive in the mail. Meantime, this is keeping me off of tobacco cigarettes, even though it is rather odd looking with the little batteries. Thankfully I have five of the buggers, because they don't hold a charge for longer than an hour of vaping.

wow i dodnt know there was so many cool gadgets to vape from. i thought i had something great a week ago when i went to the magic vapor shop store and got a couple egos with tanks lol. even got a battery meter lol.

Thank you for proving my point with something that's all but impossible to get and don't really make the vape any better. It's all just jewelry and a mind trip...I get more vapor and better flavor from 3.8 volts and .8 ohm

Better flavor unregulated than the provari. The only reason I have it is for when I screw up a coil and have to have the device cover up my mistake.....
