I have a LEO and its actually an 801 connection not 510. You would need a LEO to 510 and a 510 to ego adapter to make ego threaded stuff work. Hard to tell from pics but yours looks like an 801 to me.

No they are 510 I have used them many times.

As long as you understand they will not work with any of the eGo threaded clearomizers without an additional adapter.
