Put all juice in baggies when packaging. That way if something happens to the bottle, the post office people don't get nicotine on them.

I keep a pack of white labels near me. When an offer I make is accepted, I put it all in a bag and put the name and address on the label. If I have envelopes right then I go ahead and package it. If I'm out, it's in the bag and already has the address ready to go so all I have to do is put it in the envelope and put the sticker on there. Did that make any sense, lol

Put your tips and tricks here too. Anything that can make it easier on someone is always welcome advice.

If I'm sending high nic juice or juice in glass bottles I put black electrical tape tight around the cap where it meets the glass. One of the suppliers I buy from does this and I thought it was a good preventative measure.

The other thing that I do to keep track of addresses; When I get a PM I have it set to send me an email. I then forward the email with the recipient's addy to myself deleting all the unnecessary stuff and put the users name in the subject line. When I receive the message I file it in a email folder called "e-cig friends". (If I had room for a printer I would do it your way, lilith.)

It really helps when people copy and paste the offer to the PM, ;) otherwise I do it in the email I get. I recently started doing this and it's helped a lot. I always think I'll remember stuff but I never do. LOL

I've learned to Copy and Paste the details of any offer I accept (or classified I buy) into every PM I send.

Also, I keep a notebook where I note things I'm expecting in the mail. When I receive something, I mark it "REC'D.", then I PM the sender and mark it "PM'd", then if I post feedback I mark it "FDBCK". If it's juice I've received, I rate it with a # once I've tested it.

If someone accepts my offer and doesn't copy the offer in their PM, I click on their name and select "find more posts by..." to locate the transaction more easily.

And now I'm goin' to bed for real!
