I am thankful for my grandma and grandpa who stepped in and helped my Mom provide for my sister and I and gave us a home and a stable family.

I am thankful for strangers who let you over in traffic, take the time to smile and say hello, offer assistance when you have a flat tire and in general just take the time to treat you like a fellow human being. It restores my faith in humanity to see there are people out there who care about more than themselves.
