Does anyone know where I can get a usb charger for a 901 Battery...I have the wall plug but my usb part for the battery end broke.(I really need it)...Thanks...

lol if you like the 510 size I'd go with the cheaper one at digital...after all you're using it more for the sit function (PT)
if you were more for the go function... I'd go for the eGo version...

either way I'd probably still err on the side of caution and plug into a USB hub instead of directly...

no apologies needed..... we were all new once

but no not a passthrough....
I'll give the link but the one from RMV will link as a 510 : JOYE510 USB Charger

usb plug on one end and a place to screw in the battery on the other...

a passthrough would be something like:DSE901 USB Passthrough Black - Manual
which is a USB conecton on one end and something resembling the battery on the other you use it in place of your battery at the computer

I'll also take the opportunity to mention that you could also use a KR808 charger (the threads are the same as the 901) or even a 510 charger with an 901 battery to 510 atty adapter
(I've got a 10 port 510 charger that with a couple of adapters I can charge kr808, 901 and eGo batteries on as well as the 510)

a hub is essentially like a splitter...it plugs into your usb port and then has four or so ports that you plug your device into...you can get cheap ones all over the place ....if you have more usb devices than USB ports...
the idea being tat if the PT were to fry a port..it'd fry the one on the hub and not the computer... that way your IT guy doesn't have to come and yell at you for frying the port on a company PC...

no problem.... I dunno how much shipping is...I usually just add something to bring it to $14 for the free shipping... they ship fast though... usually 2-3 days to my door from ordering (granted I live 1 state away....they're in MI)

yeah.... DSE is the manufacturer much like joye is... DSE is genuine OEM equipment ...901 just the general model....there might be other clones and knock offs but the threading would be the same

true but we're looking at things like the sit and go PTs or ones similar to a PT with an inline battery....ones that run off the battery but use the USB connection to keep the battery topped off.... however totally true and a concern if we were talking about a direct connection or a 5V PT
