The wife and I both love this simple one. The EM (Ethly Maltol) is in crystal form and dissolved in 100% PG at .25tsp per 10ml. I heat it for about 10 mins at 150F and shake,shake, shake!
I'm glad I accidentally ordered the EM (thought it was menthol crystals) as the PC flavor alone was weak even after heating. The EM really improved this juice.
