Yep. It has been available for a few days now. Not speaking to me ENOUGH...but it it a new and unique design for Luis.

I am kind of kicking myself for not snatching up the Kiev. It was around WAY too long. I really dug it...a lot. If it was named for a city I had more love for I probably would have buckled.

I vape STIRLING daily

Looks like Ive decided to purchase my first pipe as a reward for 1 year cigarette free. It was an easy decision seeing all the beautiful pipes from you guys.

Can anyone recommend one that takes an 18650? I prefer wood, hand-carved with a bent stem and able to take a carto tank.

Thanks

FT Epipe with vivi nova and aluminum tip. No it will not stand up by itself.

When I first saw that pipe advertised, I wasn't all that impressed with the looks. However your setup is pretty slick and I may just change my mind on that. Where'd you get the drip tip?

You don't see toothy of those. I have an old V1 from epipemods, but while that is a nice size for a tube mod, it is a huge battery for a pipe

I recommend staying tuned to epipemods for a 18500 hand carved pipe.

Well, I have just read the entire thread and I am now so excited. Let me explain, I was a Pipe Smoker for 40 years+ and give up about 6 weeks ago. I had been researching e-pipes here in the UK and saw all the usual suspects, but I then met a guy who smokes nothing but e-pipes and he has saved me much time and I suspect, much money. I have a Jazz Carto 18500 but in all honesty, I never really liked the stem. I have always been a Peterson smoker and I am completely addicted to their "P Lip" and thanks to you fine people I have now remembered WBW and there will be 2 P Lip stems winging their way across the Atlantic at some point. Happiness is you fine Gentlemen.
Photos will come once I have everything to hand.
Best wishes
Rob

Howdy fellow pipers! Been a helluva summer. Hope y'all are well. Nice to see some new converts in the thread - :toast: I got some new tools this summer, and finally started putting in some work over the past few weeks... finally have something to show for it! I present the Bamboo Dublin Sitter and the Volcano with Black Palm and acrylic inlays:

They're far from perfect, but I'm extremely happy with the results. Still trying to find the right stem for the volcano. I have about 60 pics in these two sets showing the progress. Feel free to browse:

02_Volcano - a set on Flickr

I'm really having a blast - briar is such an amazing wood to work with. That's all I plan on using for now, and I'll stick to the exotics for inlays and such, as in the atty cover for the Volcano.

Hope ya dig em. Lemme know what you think, criticisms are welcome.

Cheers

Thanks, Duck. I took a page out of your book with the atty covers ;) I'm an 'A7' guy 99% of the time, so I'm right at home with these babies. I could live with just these two pipes for the rest of my (vaping) life, but lord knows I'm addicted now. Many more to come! ;)

I really love that kicked modular pipe you made a little while back. Great work and crafmanship! Can't wait to see what's next up your sleeve.

Divine work.

welcome to the thread. I smoked a pipe only 30 years myself. I have about 6 e-pipes, but I tend to switch out the looks a lot. :)
Glad you had someone helping you along.

Wow there are some beauties coming on here. I adore that Volcano that Nick has made and would willingly hand over cash for something along those lines. I keep wondering about approaching 2 Artisan Pipe Carvers and talking to them about perhaps creating me something rather special for an up coming major Birthday.:2cool: But then again, I am also considering having a go at a conversion myself at some point during the winter months. I have a pristine Sherlock Holmes Original here that I feel would make a wonderful candidate, especially on account of its size. I am particularly taken with the Tank Covers that Nick has made and I can now see how this could revolutionise my thoughts re converting.
Thank you all for sharing your beautiful pipes, it is nice to know that there are other Pipe Fans out there. Something I had not really grasped until discovering this forum. On a few others that I joined, especially UK ones, I was stunned that Pipe Smokers were regarded as an oddity. So if I may, this is where I will now hang my hat.:toast:

Beautiful work Nick! The bowl blanks mounted on that lathe look like some serious knuckle busters!
