I actually had you in mind, Duckie! Nah, I lack both the tools and the know-how to do anything with metal, although I suppose it probably wouldn't be too complicated to mod an existing telescoping device into a pipe.

If you wanted to get complicated with it, you could do it with a wooden one

What kind of tank is that and where did you get those brass/gold end caps???

Its a regular gold/yellow dct with 510 thread. The bowl cover is a old metal vest pin a picked up at a motorcycle rally. It is an automatic with a blue led during draw.
