yes that is true, but I was under the impression they are actually a uk company maybe that is how they get around it. I'm not saying that us companies don't use PP, but officially us pp doesn't allow ecig sales.

TW was able to take paypal (don't know now) because they were a uk based company.... oh yeah Liberty Flights too

Yes, if you look closely at you Pay pal invoice from liberty flights order, you will see that it is charged through the uk and payment is sent to sales@liberty-flights.co.uk. Pay Pay in Europe and Asia accepts e-cig sales with no problem, it is just US pay pal that rejects us.
