just one thing:
if i read the rules correctly, it's possible to "disable" someone else's guess by simply adding 0.01 to his amount. then the earlier guess couldn't win in any way, neither if the final result is below, because that's not allowed per rules (no going over), nor if the final result is higher (because that area is covered by the later bidder).

solution:
win condition should be: the first posted bid to come closer than $x.xx of the final value, wins.
