I have been using the ego twist with the evod and had good results. I think you will find the spinner and the evod to be a good combination. Can't speak to the menthol e-liquids because I am not a menthol fan. Hope this helps.

Check Panda out, they were bought up by Apollo so they're having a clearance on a lot of stuff: https://www.pandaecigs.com/default.asp
They might have something you're interested in. I got my original eVic and first Pro tanks from them.:)

Wow some nice stuff and i really think they have the cutest logo ever.
Thats like a whole new level! Think im gonna bookmark them and wait for tax returns.

Right now im pretty stuck on the vision spinner 1300....

My triton 650’s are nice except i start with a fresh batt in the morning, it dies switch to a new battery in e afternoon and now i just started my 3rd battery for the day.

I really want a a decen vape and a battery that will last all day.

Now im thinking maybe ill just get a halo triton 1300 for $20 since all my tanks will work and i have no complaints really.

I just keep hearing about this sweet spot.....

I do vape like a mad.... Woman hahaha. But i smoked like one too, the neat thing for me is i dont really sit down and have a vape session.
I take two or three good hits and leave it for a bit.
But yeah im gonna head out now and get a pack of analogs. Havnt had one since 600 last night. Im just really getting them cuz this mucus im coughing up is driving me crazy. I sound like im dieing lol.

well then TRY the vision spinner 1300 and see if that works for you.

If not, you may be a candidate for a PV where you can change out the batteries, instead of hooking up your vaping device/battery to a charger during which time you can't use it.

That is precisely why many people move on to "mods".......I don't mind carrying around a few batteries in a battery box, and replacing them thru out the day.

1300 mah Vision Spinner is a good choice, as well as trying different types of clearos. The Spinner, ranges from around $25 to $30 at different vendors, and you will want a charger for the Spinner. Discount vapors has all of this and some pretty good prices, and they ship fast.

About dropping the Spinner, I have done that on at least two occasions from standing height onto the driveway. Spinner suffered no ill effects, but my Viva Nova got a nice gouge. Not recommended, but Spinners aren't as fragile as glass either. Lanyard=good idea.

Evod is Ego cone threaded, meaning the larger outside threads, and I think the Trition has those same threads. Ego cone threading was originally used to house a cone that helped to make the battery to carto transition more seamless. So you may be able to use the Evod on the Triton as a backup.

Spinner has 510 and ego cone threading, I believe Triton has 808 and Ego cone threading. 510 and Ego threading are the standard used by most egos and bigger APV's along with most delivery systems. The problem with companies like Halo, they don't want you to buy stuff cheaper elsewhere, so they make their threads incompatible with most of what is out there.

Then you are defeating the whole process of vaping. Your body is cleaning itself out and if you start analogs again, yes, that will stop the coughing(for a bit) but then you are doing more damage to yourself. Has anyone told you to up your liquid intake when you vape?

:)

No. No one has told me anything really as far as that goes. I am only 3 weeks into all of this. Its cool. Im just not pressuring myself right now. Just figuredmi was smoking 30 analogs a day. Within the first week cut down to half a pack a day. Last week or so i domt think ive smoked more than 5 or 6 in a day. I am smoking number two right now. It just immediately stopped that hacking. But today was a good day. I usually smoke a good 5 cigarettes in the fiirst two hours of waking up.... With my coffee. Today was the first day i didnt even want to light up.

And today was also the day i decided two 650 mah batts werent gonna work for me. And then stalking around here i keep seeing posts on vv's. and im so tired of wasting money. It would be ideal if i could just return these and start over but honestly i am not i pressed with halo customer service. I did mail my g6 back for a refund as the web site says return if not 100% satisfied, well they recieved it wednesday and i havnt heard from them as of yet.

I am honestly very happy with the 3 menthols i have in rotaion. You do have me questioning if i should up my nic level as im at 12. I am afraid of higher nicotine level being too harsh or not tasting as well. I am infact one of those smokers that will vomit if i smoke a non menthol. No lie. I had my family in hysterics when i tried white clouds iced berry. It was immediate gag reflex lol.

But now i am thinking of just sticking with halo and maybe tax return time look into other options of vaping experiences.

From my limited experience, I prefer the Kranger T2 (compared to CE4 and EVOD clearos)

My evod leaks and i get juiced. not cool. It may very well be user error but the tank was filled and screwed onto my battery by my local vape shop owner.

My CE4 is good but needs to be full for best vapage.

I'm relatively new to being a committed vapererr... lol. so my imput doesn't hold much weight. Also, I noticed this is all trial and error based on your own personal preferences which for some seems to be a bit more expensive than others.

Good luck. Peace

Usually the rule of thumb, is that the nic is high enough when you no longer have a desire to smoke. However, it does take a conscious effort in the first week to reach for the ecig instead of the cigs. Vaping dries the body out, so intake of liquids is a must. It also helps with sore throat, coughing(you can't cough and drink at the same time) and it increases the volume of the 'smoke' you exhale since what you are blowing out is water vapor. Go on the main page of this forum and scroll down to set all of the info available to us. It can be exhausting, so I would suggest you start here.

I hope this is helpful. Of course, you can ask all the questions you need to, but it is important to educate yourself about ecigs and the vaping experience.

i feel i dislike most of halos flavors so maybe the vv will help me with flavor.

THIS part of the post caught my eye.
If you are not enjoying the Halo flavors, it's time to go on a juice hunt.
I DO like some Halo juice - but frankly, it's EXPENSIVE, so I've started to make some of my own mixes - that becomes REAL economical if you can mix your own juice...
Even without taking that step though - most of us have spent as much money exploring the world of flavors as we have upgrading our gear like you're doing now!
And in your case, since you started with Halo - if you find a couple flavors you like, odds are it will cost less.
Again - nothing against Halo - it's just that at $20/30 ml, it behooves you to look around :)

You can go to other threads, and find posts describing juices - just have an idea what you want to try and ask for recommendations.
You'll get different vendors depending on what you're looking for (bakery flavors? fruits? tobaccos?).

Well i do have 3 halo juices i love love love. So thats a bonus. What im not happy with the most is battery life of a 650. I would really love to have a battery that lasts me all day.

It looks like juices can be fun and addicting. And my goal is to try one new ejuice every month or so. Im real excited about diy recipes but feel like tackling this battery problem first. Since i know i need a battery i was intending on the 1300mah triton but kept seeing reviews for this vv but its only 900 mah. And currently i have two 650’s they dont last long. I would need 3 640’ to get through one day if i couldnt get to my charger.

I was an avid black and mild smoker. I started with an ego twist and protank and 18mg liquid and fell in love with vaping. I then lost my twist while working out of the country and after a week relapsed to smoking. Since returning state side I have bought an itaste vv v3, I love it and don't think I will ever smoke again. I think that in your situation a higher nic level and vv will help you on your quest. The protank and a few replacement heads is a wise investment.
I also got my wife who smoked more than me to stop smoking black and milds the same way.

Ive been comparing the Mini PT-II and the T3S lately with 2 juices. One is a Icy Mint similar to a menthol and the other is a blueberry waffle. IMO i like the Icy mint and menthol flavors better in my Mini PT-II and PT-II but the blueberry waffle taste better in the T3S. The T3S has a 2.4ohm coil and the MPT-II has a 2.5ohm coil.

Kinda weird i guess. Both use a very similar coil design. almost identical actually. I tried adjusting voltage slightly on my MVP but the PT-II and MPT-II just rock with the menthols or Icy mints for me. The T3S though is hard to beat for the money and i really like the draw. The iClear16 is probably just as good (similar pricing) and easier to fill. Its a top coil and will produce a little warmer vape than the bottom coil Kangers.
