Hey guys,

I know rbas are very subjective. i have just started getting them and building probably 2 months now. Both are rm2s. I see rob added an igo to his inventory. I know nothing about different models. I actually also saw a list of compatible rbas for the reo. I didnt know other rbas are already fitted for the reo. Im assuming that the juice will also be able to feed through them?

Anyways money is tight and i know there is no perfect answer but i really dont want to make a mistake. Maybe if people could tell me which ones to definitely stay away from that might be more helpful? I know 80 percent is probably in the actually build of the coil. But any quick input that would save me from making a mistake would be great (god knows i have about 2-3k in mistakes thoughout the vaping years).

Budget is definitely below. 50 dollars unless something is completely "awesome" - which im guessing limits me to just the rm2 and igo ?

Whats this i hear about smaller chambers being better ? Do they really provide more flavor and vapor ?

Any words of wisdom would be great. Would like to place an order tonight

If you want buy ready to rock BF RBAs your choices are limited. You already know the RM2 and it is the easiest to build on with the spacing of the posts, the Igo-s from Rob is a good price and some like it better than the RM2, I've not used one. Going above your price range would be either the Divo or Cyclone in BF version.

Coil, airflow and juice all play a part in the amount of flavor. I found when comparing the Divo to the Cyclone, Divo being smaller chamber, that the Divo brings out more of the sweet notes of the juice.

I was just testing with some Raw Apple Nemp mixed to 15mg, the Divo brought out more of the apple flavor and Cyclone more of the cigar flavor.

If you want to make your own BF by drilling a hole or cutting a channel with a dremel, then there is a huge choice of cheap RBAs to pick from.

Stay away from the A7, and it's clone (if there is such a thing) on fasttech.

I'm pretty sure < $50 is limited to the RM2 and Igo-S thus far.

The Divo can be had for $50-60. The Cyclone can be had for $60-$70.

Everything else is "high-end," and kind of priced beyond your budget.

Divo sounds neat - apple actually my favorite flavor - and i just posted other day on suggestions to fet more flavor - lol ---- Whats the inside joke on the Igo - meaning rob tried it and works great and is modifying for us ?

I had no idea how expensive some of these rda/rbas were until this week - holy .... - some are like $130 bucks- what gives ?

Rm2 is great was just looking for something different - i guess cant go too wrong with the igo even though i just saw a bad post or thread on it - i shall do some more research - thx for the input - time to check out further reviews n price tags on the divo n igo.....

Hey real quick - that sticky thread where it lists reo compatible rbas - those ones listed will work out of the box with no modifications/additional drilling ?

Off the top of my head (I'm sure I forgetting a couple), what can be found as a BF straight "out of the box" from venders:

Igo-S - $35 http://reosmods.com/index.php?page=...category_id=32&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=3

RM2 -$45 http://reosmods.com/index.php?page=...category_id=32&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=3

Divo - $60 Divo RBA - Cyclone/Divo Rebuildable Atomizer & Accessories

Cyclone - $70 Cyclone Rebuildable Atomizer by Vicious Ant Precision Engineering and Research - Cyclone/Divo Rebuildable Atomizer & Accessories

ERA - $75 Easily Rebuildable Atomizer - ERA - ERA / Hornet Rebuildable Atomizer & Accessories

Cyclone + AFC cap (LP Grand only) - $95 Cyclops AFC (Air Flow Control) With Cyclone Base (Bottom Feed) - Cyclone/Divo Rebuildable Atomizer & Accessories

Origen V2 (pre-order + LP Grand only) - $105 ORIGEN DRIPPER by Nagynorbi

Grail - $135 GRAAL - TA Standard

Chalice - $170 Chalice II

Now I'm not saying that the higher priced stuff isn't worth it; but clearly Rob has done us a HUGE favor with the affordability of his modified RDA's.

Any RDA < 15mm can be modified for a standard Grand, if your handy with tools.

Any RDA of any size can be modified for an LP Grand, if your handy with tools.

Slightly off topic:

I just found out about that "Graal" bottom fed RDA last week. It looks VERY similar to the way you would set up a Chalice, only this sucker has air flow control!

I'd be the first guy in this neck of the woods to try her out, but alas I kinda just found out my funds are going to be super tight for a sec... (ruff times)

Looking forward to hearing someone's opinion on it that speaks "english" LOL. :p

Yeah i was looking for adjustable airflow too. In a moment of stupidity n curiousity i drilled out my rm2 top way to big for my liking.. It adj airflow seems like a necccesity very soon due to its ability to affect the vape so greatly. I emailed rob and im sure you guys know these things before me. Hes gonna be working on adj airflow as soon as he finishes the woodvils hes on now

Thx dracula for all that great info!!!
Money is tight ;for me too looks like igo from rob or maybe out on a limb with the divo someone here liked for flavor.

I feel bad for ribbing on rob for his "expensive rba's". - this was when i was only a week back to the rooms after 3 years away - had no idea these friggin things go for up to $150 bucks ! (And thats direct from manufacturer - there not even a distributor to pay). Wait $170 on chalice 2 - ... ?

Im assuming there is an igo review page here in reoville. The rm2 has been great to me - the ceramic bottom was worth the extra money to me considering i a newbie builder.

Thx all

I love my Cyclone with AFC so much. To me it's by far the best looking, and it really performs.

It's pretty much my favorite RDA... Maybe you can find one in the Classies for close to what you want to pay.
