Please help fast!! I need a juice that provides a "lung" hit.

Got into vaping 2 weeks ago. Upgraded last Saturday to an Ego Twist. (love it) The guy at the vape shop says he only sells 100% VG products. Fine. I know VG = less throat hit, less flavor, but more vape. (I have quickly learned I *AM* a cloud chaser. :) ) I also know PG is more flavor, more throat hit, and less vapor.

I don't know why all these ex-smokers keep talking about the "throat hit." I could care less about that!! I want that "lung hit." I like to feel it in my lungs!! I like to know I just inhaled some strong stuff. I smoked Marlboro Reds for years.

Cut to the chase > My equipment > Ego Twist 900 battery. I picked up a few 1.8 atomizers. That helped with the vapor production which is nice. So I have my battery. I have some tanks. I have some 2.2 atomizers (t3s's) and some 1.8 t3s's. My vapor production is just fine. But I am missing my lung hit feeling terribly.

Can someone be so kind as to point my in the direction of a juice that will provide a nice (strong) lung hit **with the equipment I already have** ???? I don't care if it's PG or VG or diesel fuel at this point. :p HELP ME!!!!

Thank you.

PS.... I know about the different techniques of vaping. For the record, I am a mouth to lung guy. I can't seem to get into the direct lung draw.... or even the blend of the two. FWIW.

Well vaping won't ever give you the same feeling. You can get a strong feeling of inhaling something by improved equipment, but vapor itself doesn't make it's way deep into the lungs (somebody correct me if I am wrong or know the correct terminology). Vaping will help your lungs clear out, and there is a thread that will give you an idea what you will experience while your body detoxes. There will be some time to adjust.

More PG and better gear would help you have that feeling that you just inhaled something.

My response would be for the lung hit you need, well, to lung hit. You'll need to move to a rig, usually an RDA, that will allow for direct lung inhales which would be most comparable. You may be able to get an AFC ring to run with your T3 tanks and, when set wide open, you may be able to get closer to the experience. It also helps to have higher watts or volts so the vapor is warmer but you should be able to do that with your ego twist just fine with the right topper.

So, working with what you already have I'd suggest adding an AFC ring hardware wise and juice wise maybe try some 70/30 or even 50/50 blend bacco juices. Halo is popular in that arena but there are many others.

Best of luck and keep on vaping!

I understand exactly what you are referring to when you say you want to "feel" the inhale. I am the same way. I can't do heavy VG liquids because it feels like I am inhaling nothing. Try some of the Dekang liquids. My all time favorite is their Cool Menthol. I used to smoke menthol analogs so its perfect for me. If you smoked Marlboro Reds, check out their USA Mix liquid. All Dekang juices I've tried have an excellent throat (lung feel) hit. Probably due to the fact that they are only PG liquids.

I felt that way for a long time, like something was missing, it just didn't feel the same in my chest, it is almost like an itch you can't scratch and you turn back to the analogs, to be honest the only thing that got me past it was time and slowly cutting back on analogs until I let them go all together. Good Luck! Keep at it, it gets better :)

Agree completely. I vape Dekang Desert Ship every morning and love it, best "cig" like juice I've found and I've tried many many many.

Highly recommend Halo's Turkish tobacco. Load up a clearomizer and you'll be good to go. I usually direct inhale to my lungs and it's a pretty hard hitter. However, I just tried a mouth to lung so I could give you an accurate recommendation and holy s*** it actually hit harder (opposite of what I was thinking would happen). And definitely in the lungs more than the throat

Huh. "Lung hit" is a new one on me!

I'm convinced any "hit" is mostly the nicotine. Whether you can duplicate the exact feel of a cig with vaping is a bit doubtful. In part because the nicotine in vaping is primarily absorbed in the mouth and nasal passages instead of in the lungs as happens with smoking. I know at first, I missed that "ahh" feeling of the first cig of the day and that first "hit" of nicotine. Smoke particles, being very small, get down into the gas exchange bits of your lungs and that rushes the nic into your blood stream. If that's what you mean, I don't know any way to duplicate that with vaping.

That said... you're only two weeks in. Give yourself more time. There were things about smoking at the start that I missed but as I got into vaping, I didn't miss them so much. There are so many new things in vaping (flavors for example) that you can't get in smoking that you can end up liking it better. I do. I can't imagine going back now. Smoking seems... boring and tedious. And you get "plain" and "menthol" and that's it. No variety.

You could also try a 50/50 PG/VG mix. I started with 100% VG too and it's a bit "muted". Half and half seems a nice compromise and I've been using that mix for ages now (though, sometimes, more 60/40 PG/VG lately... still, I stay somewhere in the middle of the two).

A 70vg/30pg blend 18 to 24mg nic gives me that lung hit you speak of.that is what I needed to feel to finally quit smoking and just vape. Hope this helps ya

It's funny. The Turkish I recommended above is also 24mg. I think the "lung hit" is largely based off nicotine content actually. I've found I don't get it as much with 18mg.

Thank you for all the answers and suggestions. I didn't go with any of them. lol, but it did help at least guide me. I did go with MtvaporBaker and I got some 555 (something or other) I have a 30ml bottle coming hopefully Monday. The Halo Turkish tobacco was highly tempting but a lot of the reviews mentioned a clove flavor and that turned me off but I still have it listed to try. And the Dekang that was recommended was very appealing also, BUT, I read somewhere that the "real" Dekang juice was 100% PG and I already know I don't like 100% PG as the vapor production is just too weak. Then I found a site where I could choose my own blend of PG/VG Dekang but then I started doubting whether or not it was the real thing. (opinions on that dilemma anyone?) ----- Anyway, then I was getting frustrated and it was getting late and I stumbled on the 555 at MtVaporBaker and the reviews pushed me over the top to order. The price was right, it let me choose my own mix ratios, etc. I went with a 80/20 VG/PG blend with 2 extra shots of flaovr. (I have no experience at all with "extra shots" but it felt good when I ordered it so we shall see.) Any thoughts? Thanks again.
