I felt the same way for the first 4 days I quit analogs (with the added on desire to punch everything in sight), but it got better in the following couple of weeks. I am now a month out from my last analog and I feel so much healthier then i ever had for the past 17 years. So don't let this feeling deter you, might just be a side effect of quitting analogs or maybe too much nic, either way keep at it and good luck!

Thanks everyone. On the blu site it says it is PG free. I must agree that it very well could be the Nic level. I thought it was 18mg but the sample bottle says 24mg, this could be the problem. The juices I ordered from backwoods brew is 18mg but I hate them so trying some samples right now. I only vape outside, but must say I do tend to be a very hard draw, and hit it alot in my 5-10 minutes. About to order some new juice since my favorite sample is almost empty.

Obviously see a doctor if you are sick.

Some think nicotine is delivered more efficiently in PG. And the nicotine skin irritation DEFINITELY comes through PG better. What is your nicotine level and the PG/VG ratio of your juice?

I recommend trying 20% VG for cartos, 30-50% for normal atomizers, 30% for tank attys, and try cutting your nicotine one level and also stay well hydrated and see if you can clear up the irritation. And don't overvape.

I get a headache every time I vape too much. I had to lower my nic to get to a point where I an over-vape if I want and not get a headache.

Also - some other things that can cause headaches

Auto batteries since you have to suck harder and more to get the same vapor. Use manuals and press the button 1-2 seconds before the start of your drag so some nice vapor is waiting and you can drag more softly.

Biting on the hard end of the ecig

Body position when vaping can cause muscle strain

Re irritation - even the patch has a warning about skin irritation. In addition vaping is drying and dry mucus membranes are easier to irritate. Stay hydrated with non-alcoholic liquids.

VG helps buffer the irritation and even 20-30% will help that a lot.
