It's more expensive but, the Buzz Pro and Infinity will both meet your simple to use requirements and they will both last longer than anything on your list. For the money, the SmokeTek Varicool is the best as far as capabilities go. As long as you stay between 2 and 3 ohms anything on your list will work.
