Please help with my BB

Ive pmed and left messages on the site ,but I havent gotten any emails.My pink BB isnt working properly.It misfires.When I press the button sometimes it doesnt work.What do I do?Who do I contact?Can someone please help me?I might be leaving messages in the wrong place?

You could PM those guys from here.

But first try this. Take the atty off (not necessary). Then take your knuckle or finger tip and sort of rap the button a few times. I believe the contact is sort of arrow shaped and can get off center. Apparently, sort of rapping on it will re-align it. One of the symptoms of this problem is suppose to be that it "clicks" or seems to catch on one side when you press it.

(if that doesn't do it, it might be bacause it's pink... lol, joke, joke)

Sometimes mine doesn't fire -- it's not a consistent problem but seems to happen more with some of my batteries that have a slightly smaller "nipple" (even though they are all Trustfire protecteds...)

I thump the bottom of the BB against the palm of my hand (the one that's not holding it, ha ha) with the battery in place. That seems to get it to working for the duration of that batteries' charge.

Not sure what the deal is with the batteries' positive ends being different sized and shaped and if that really has anything at all to do with it...

umm, i had the same prob before. some atty's don't want to work. try unscrewing the atty 1/2 turn and try to vape. it works for mine. (maybe change the atty) atty's can be fickle creatures! hope you're not without your bb for long! i would miss mine so much...

Excellent reason to have two or three favorites. I know I don't need three qaurters of the mods I have.... but it is a warm comfortable feeling knowing that I can send any one of them in, if I had to, and have several others that will keep me a happy guy, while one is in the hospital.
