Brandi...your V4L family is reaching out to you, embracing you in your time of need. I know you must feel so alone but you aren't because we will be here with you, whenever you need us...even as you want to reach for an analog...we understand. It might not even be about a need for increased nicotine but rather that, in the past, cigarettes were the things you reached for in times of stress. For most of us,
vaping is associated with happiness...quitting cigarettes, feeling better, tasting food, finding this forum, etc. It's all psychological right now...stress memories = smoking (usually chain smoking). Promise yourself, if you do
buy that pack of Camels, NOT to become angry with yourself. Cigarettes were your/our "friend" for many years and it is natural to want the comfort of old habits.
vape a couple of carts for every analog you light...drink lots of water and breathe deep while letting your mind drift. When you crave an analog, drink milk...chew carrots...eat celery...suck on some hard candy. If that doesn't do it, light the cigarette and think about why you are doing it...this is to make you aware it is simply to relieve stress and happier days will return to you and, with them, a return to vaporizing
Right now your only thoughts should be for your family...there is no need for guilt on any level. You may smoke, scream in frustration, cry, disappoint your in-laws...do what feels best for you...and your immediate family. If your in-laws still feel slighted by this, offer to let them pay for your plane ticket...sorry, that was a cheap shot on my part <sigh>
Remember, we'll always be here for you...even if you smell a little bit like smoke when next you post...we'll understand and support you in all of your decisions

Lean on us...we have VERY broad, strong shoulders
