What batteries are you using?
Name brand & any letters/numbers to help identify.
Do you have a stand alone / exterior charger?
Could be the mini USB in the radius is boogered or the cable is no good.
Do you have a way to test the battery voltage?
Is the brass colored negative 'puck' & wire intact?
Samsung 25r 18650 same battery worked before it in. I checked in another mod,its fully charged and working in my other mod

I suggest first connecting it via USB to a computer to see if there's any light. That will determine if the board is still okay. If it lights up then it could possibly be the contacts or a loose contact connection wire either to the board or where the door is.
If that doesn't light up as well then sorry to be the party pooper here but there's a high chance that the board is damaged.

Let's hope I'm wrong :(

OOOOoOnoooo i did already try that thinking it would wake right up. I had the battery in and plugged into my laptop. I CAN NOT believe my luck!! Kicking myself so hard right now i will be making payments to my credit card for a paper weight

Breezy dawn, I'm confused. I would either request a partial refund so you can make the repairs, or return the mod and request a refund. I say that only because I'm not entirely sure how long the repair option will be around, so if you are waiting to pay off your credit card in the hopes that you can repair it in the future, I suggest being a bit proactive with the seller and seeing if you can get some money reduced in order to repair it, and/or just send the mod back. I know they're rare and hard to find, but this is not the only Radius in the world, there will be future options....

Lets hope other people have some other ideas as I don't own a radius and have suggested the obvious but I do have experience in electronics and have repaired other mods so just giving you my opinion which like I said....I'm hoping I'm wrong.... [emoji20]

Also have you tried plugged it via USB and do a power on (press and hold all 3 buttons)? Also check the contact wire at the battery door to make sure it's not loose. Check that the spring is springy enough to push the contact to make contact to the battery.

That's all I can think of...

I did sent a message to the seller and waiting to see if he responds. I do find it iffy that this almost a tank has gone bad so fast. Ive had it less than a month and have pampered it. Never could have guessed the Provari of all things would have left such a bad taste in my mouth.

Where did you buy it? While anything is possible, it's tough to picture that mod dying after a few draws without prior issues.
Bought it in the forums here but wont call anyone out,it could very well be a mistake. But i have a hard time with that as well,it is after all supposed to last

I think Bea from Florida? (apologies if I'm wrong about this) contacted Bill (provari fix it guy) and she posted his list of prices....does anybody still have a link to this or remember where it was? That way Breezy would have an idea what she was looking at with a repair price if it would be worth it to her to do or not (don't know how much she already has put into it moneywise). I know they are expensive and a stretch on the budget but if fixing is relatively inexpensive she might want to try. I'm sorry you got one that didn't work for you. I have 3 radii and I absolutely love them. Good luck!
