I am not aware that I did anything wrong with it... I have the cord secured with wire ties to the PT and have not dropped it at all. Was using it earlier in the evening and it was working just fine. I came home after and evening out with my daughter, tried to use it and nothing...

RP, I thought my auto PT died too. Unplugged, rooted around to unplug the airflow holes & cleaned it out real good with rubbing alchohol n qtip - blew it out real good to make sure it was dry & it worked as good as new after that. Give it a try - it may resurrect your baby!
