I have been in the process of moving to a New Location over the past week without shutting down the site. Would have worked without any glitches if contractors and installers had kept up there end of the bargain.
I have been without internet access all week. Its Still not up and running!

The good news- All orders received before this Saturday have been shipped and all orders from the weekend will ship tomorrow!

The bad news- I must have a over a hundred unanswered emails!

I should have Internet access finally up and running by tomorrow night so just give me a few days and I will get back each of you folks with the pitchforks and answer all your questions or address any issues!

Well no wonder I haven't heard back from you. I am a new customer who bought your new "Elegant Easy" deluxe kit. I have been emailing you asking for an extra usb charger for it as I prefer having an spare since its the only one that will work with the elegant. Too many bad experiences with chargers dying on me. No response from you, so I thought you went out of business right after my order. You don't have any for USB chargers for sale separately on line, so I'm wondering if you can find one for me. I don't want to have to buy a whole new kit, just to replace a charger. I must say the Elegant Easy is gorgeous in the gold color. Very impressed. The quality also seems really first rate. Both batteries charged up just fine and I am getting great vapor production and flavor out of the RY4 16ml KR808 cartomizers that came with it. Trying it now with my favorite cappuchino liquid, awesome. Cone is a bit snug (just as you mentioned it should be), and a bit tricky to get on and off, but works well with or without it. Worth the extra effort for looks tho...its a beauty. So, when you get settled in, how about selling me a usb charger? Gotta have that before I recommend this to my siblings and friends. Apologies for the "nasty-grams" I sent. Should have checked here first to see what was up. Shame on me. Regards...

One more question Frank...I do have a couple of eGO USB chargers...are they compatible with your Elegant Easy? If so, I could stop pestering you for a spare one for the Elegant. Thanks, Salliezoo

I notice the trick with the cone on the elegant is to loosen the carto slightly and then tighten or loosen the cone to your desired preference. Then tighten the carto back up.

Why is the FDA seizing shipments again.? has something changed, has something been made illegal, as of now I thought Ecigs where totally legal to export per the judges ruling I also thought the FDA had no recourse as of now against E-Cigs.

The sad part is the FDA answers to know one they do what they want and how they please with no concern of reprisals. I believe the only government agency with more power would be Home Land Security. The FDA is a body of the government that runs our daily lives and we have no say over who is working there or what their beliefs are. There only concern is making sure they continue to secure our tax money to run their scams on the citizens of this county.
