Chris is going to start a new system to check off or initial each line item on your orders starting with today's shippign to help us ensure order accuracy. Chis has done well with this so far but we aren't satisfied until we get 0 errors!

We have a stamp that wil be stamped on the invoice after it is checked and signed by whoever packs the order (he does sometimes have help).

What we are going to do to add some FUN and value to this lil system is every DAY we are going to sign ONE of the invoices on the invoice stamp with the words "CONGRATS"

If your invoice says CONGRATS (Chris will clue me in each day who the lucky draw was), make a ticket with the words I WON! in the subject. You will qualify for an extra 5% off coupon you can use on your next order of any size, good for up to six months. I will give you the code in response to your ticket.

At SOME point don't you guys need to make a profit? If you keep giving more and more discounts (VIP/Super VIP, Dwolla Back, now this) PLUS all the neverending giveaways, I'm concerned that Chris may have to go back to cutting hair! And nobody wants that!

LOL - to be honest, you may not believe it but we have a heart for our customers. We owe everythign to the kind devotion our regular customers give us and its just a bit of giving some of it back. When we first started we had to get in the clear and now, approaching our first year anniversary on ECF we are starting to pay you guys back for making GotVapes a success...

OK , I was delayed a few days but this has now begun, ALL Orders are now being double checked by 2 workers, picker and filler, each item will be marked off on your receipt and stamped and signed to ensure you get what you ordered and to avoid any claims made that items are missing. Adapters are very small and so are syringes, please fully check your package thoroughly as many times people have said a small item was missing only to find it after actually checking the corners and bottom of the package while other times it would be our error, so this new system will alleviate those growing pains.

Each day we will choose a person and let them know they won, the rules for this are in the first post daniel made.

We want to thank all of our customers for being part of the gotvapes family as we move along and improve to make us serving you a better experience.

So to recap, Every order will be double checked, stamped, each item will be marked off and a Snap shot will be taken so no mistaken claims are made.
