We have noticed some people are inputting the wrong address as their delivery address and this can cause turmoil for both us and you the customer, Please double check the address and info you provide so no mistakes are made when delivering your package.
The second issue we are noticing is returns, If you have a product that needs to be returned you simply CAN NOT just send it back to us, this will get your package sent right back to you. You must open a ticket at IGOTVAPES.com and handle a return through a ticket, this is the only way we can deal with that type of issue so please do not send a item back that you have a issue with that is under warranty unless you have gone through the ticket system first.
