I'm building a simple mod that will only use a momentary switch and a 510 atomizer. Need a battery connector but I am a little confused with the "open and sealed" language.

Please don't recommend the prewired connector from Madvapes because it's never in stock.

It will be a 3.7 volt mod.

Also, has anyone used a recessed momentary switch with any luck?

I'm wanting to build a heavy duty "in the field" mod and it seems like a recessed switch would be less prone to being accidentally pushed in your pocket.

Some 510 connectors are used for fitting a tube through the centre post for a bottom feeder or to allow air to flow through for an auto switch (this however could allow juice to get inside the case amongst the electronics).
Sealed 510 connectors are generally prefered if you want to build a standard mod.

You will need a switch rated for 3A or more.
