Soon I am gonna purchase my first e-cig.
I'd love to stop ingesting carcinogens from analog cigarettes and maybe even save some money in the long run.
What is currently the best electronic smoking device in your opinion?
The "real" cigarette look is my preference but dependability and ability to deliver nicotine are the most important.
Thank you for your suggestions.

Pterzw, if you ask ten people, you will probably get ten different answers.

I recommend you read a while, look at the reviews section, even the device preferences poll:

One thing I will say however, is that the super minis, the ones that look most like cigarettes, are the least favored by experienced users. It's a matter of the smaller the battery and the smaller the cartridge, the quicker you have to recharge and refill = most disatisfaction.

If I had to give them all up but one, I'd keep the super-mini. The batteries don't last long, and the carts are only worth maybe two cigarettes each, but changing carts, refilling carts, and even transporting carts is so much quicker/easier than most of the other models that it's the PV of choice at work.
As has been pointed out, everyone is after their own ends:)

If you are serious about vaping, and simply want a device that works, take a serious look at the screwdriver. You can get 8 hours + on one battery, it produces the much sought after "throat hit" with every draw and quite simply it is the most reliable device available at this time.

While the price tag is higher ($150) than most other ecig models, this cost difference is easily made up by inexpensive long lasting batteries and the need for fewer extra parts (only a couple of extra attys are needed just in case. i am still on my first atty after 2 plus weeks)

Honestly, I would establish what you want out of your e-cig, different scenarios require different applications.

To me, I wanted something that looked like a cigarette so I could go out to bars and Ihop (where I smoke the most!) and not have to worry about looking awkward. As a relatively new e-smoker…I love my super-mini. I did purchase a DSE901 (the mini cig) and smoke it as well. So here are my pros and cons for a pack-a-day-smoker:

SuperMini: Battery last me about an 8 hour day, I go through about 3 carts, it’s quick and easy and I don’t have to carry around any e-liquid. To me…the supermini is my single choice for going out and when I’m on the go. I do refill them at home…they are little harder but…how hard is it really to refill? The draw is quite a bit harder but the throat hit is good. (It's been 2 1/2 weeks and no need for a replacement atomizer yet)
Price: Around $50...depending on where you get it.

DSE901: Love it, smoke it mostly at home, it’s easy to refill and if I want to draw some attention to myself, I take it out to the bar, the battery last longer and I refill the cartridge about twice a day; very easy to refill since the wool of the cartridge is right on top. The draw is very easy and the throat hit is excellent. (It's been 1 week...no new atomizer yet)
Price: Around $50...depending on where you get it.

So…my two cents…it's all based on where and how often you smoke. If you smoke more than a pack-a-day...I would recommend the mini cig (DSE901)

Hope this helps and goodluck!

I have a DSE 901. I'm not sure how many of you only fill the cart twice per day. I end up filling it 4-8 times per day. If I dont, I get a burnt taste. And I don't smoke much. I take a few puffs here and there. Each fill up seems to yield me about 1-2 cigs. I take about 10-15 puffs.. then time for refill.. of about 6 drops.

There is no one fave device... but if you can start a Vapers Club (Long Island, New York - Vapers Club) in your local area.. everyone brings their device and some juice and a little alcohol to clean the carts as you pass around and you can try a whole bunch of diff ones to decide what you like best before you order them all (like I did lol!). Good luck!

NJOY's lineup are all common models available elsewhere for less $$$.
(I have a Npro which is a mini/pee wee/4081)
The advantage of them is a one year warranty,so you may break even in returned batteries/atomizers in that time.
Is that worth paying 30 bucks more than what 4081's tend to go for?
Maybe....
My original atomizer is over 2 months old and still going.Battery life is good.Lots of people here dont care for the Npro but its been good to me.My co worker has had atomizer and battery returns to NJOY however and we got them at the same time.

As for my model? I think a 901 may be a better choice. Im looking into getting a 510 Dura myself. And that might be one for you to look at too.
If you have never tried one,id suggest starting off with one of the cheaper models (50.00 or less starter kits). Just to make sure its..your thing and all. And do order a extra atomizer and a bottle of juice with it.
