I tried vaping about a year ago and during that time I looked for tobacco flavors. I never found one I could even tolerate. So I would ask other people for that, haha. My mom likes this one: https://www.cignot.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=JOY-MAR-20M which she thinks taste the closest to her Virginia Slims she use to smoke. A lot of people seem to enjoy RY4 blends which I've never tried and are offered from a lot of vendors. Thats about all I can offer with tobacco taste!

Thanks! But I think I will go with your first recommendation and go with other flavors. I was thinking somthing peach or bubblegum.

I could not wait to get my e-cig. So I went out and bought a disposable "Square" brand e-cig. It looks cool and produces smoke but well this thing tastes HORRIBLE! And its very harsh. I guess I don't like TH. Please tell me the real thing is way better.

I started on those disposable things and they were awful but only used them so I could smoke in restaurants, bars, etc. Since I bought some started kits and found out about e-juice, yes its much much better. You will not be disappointed.

I'm not sure if this was addressed, but I figure if not I should clue you in. It's about that wording of yours, "the real thing is way better". Truth is, your disposable is the real thing. It's no different than any other pv or juice out there. It's a battery, and atomizer, and juice to vape. Your problem is that you just don't like their stock juice. My post is to serve as a warning. When you do get your "real thing", you most likely will also end up with another "real thing" juice that you don't care for. It just happens.

The 510 I bought is a 3 piece. I choose it because it was 3 piece. I know I am weird. :) I think we will drip. And we do smoke analogs currently. I am trying this suare brand e-cig because I wanted to quite analogs sooner.

Make sure you have manual batteries if you plan on dripping. Automatic batteries can get ruined if any juice gets inside them. Also think about getting some blank carts or cartomizers. Dripping takes quite a bit of practice to get the timing of it down.

I would check out Alien Visions eJuice. I think their Flu Cured is a good choice for someone who wants a taste similar to an analog (it doesn't really taste like an analog, but it has a sort of ashy dryness similar to smoking). My personal fave (and a fave of MANY on ECF) is Boba's Bounty. You can find lots of thread talking about this interesting tobacco vape.

There is a bit of a learning curve here to find the equipment and juice that works for you. Unfortunately, this is a personal journey and no one can really be sure where you will find YOUR perfect vape. The good news is, your perfect vape is out there, and you've come to the right place to find it. Good Luck!

You are absolutely right. I have no complaints about the vap production. And it does feel a lot like smoking a regular analog cig to me. It is the stalk juice that comes with it. Now that I know this is not the norm/ and or there are way better juices out there I feel so much better.

All tho I got to say I have been vaping on this since I got it. And I like it a lot better now. One of the tricks is to pull the smoke into my mouth then inhale. Analogs I direct inhale. I can't do that with this one as it burns my throat and makes me cough. Still don't like the flavor that much. But I can't wait to by some great flavors for my 510. :)

:) I ordered manuals for that exact reason. I didn't want the hassle of mucking up a new batt because I am a noob. lol I watched like 3 or 4 hours of youtube videos before purchasing anything. The kit that I ordered came with 5 carts, but I think I will order some drip tipps next payday too.

Hello and Welcome,
I am a newby too and started the same way. I ordered my eGo t and put aside the disposables with gratitude for the help they provided. I haven't touched an analog in 2 weeks and I am happy, sane and so very pleased. You are in the right place and everything else will fall into place. After placing my order I was nervous and unsure, reaching out as you have. The fabulous folks here have been so generous in there encouragement and their knowledge. The support here is so valuable and I hope for you that you will enjoy your journey as much as I have. I hope you have a lovely evening and that your order gets to you soon! :toast:

:) The good news is... it already shipped and they sent it priority! I am super exited about vaping as my lungs already feel loads better. I am an asthmatic.

Trying new flavors seems like it's going to be so much fun!

I am really liking vaping much better then smoking, even with this disposable. I can take a puff or 2 and set it down for 5-10 mins, then pick it up again. :) No yucky ashtrays. And I find that it doesn't interrupt things like smoking did. "I have to finish my smoke first"

And even tho we smoke in the house :shame: my husband is a nighttime smoker. He cannot stand the smell of smoke during the day/ and or when he is not smoking. So That is cool too!

Please pay attention!!!!

Being you are an asthmatic! (I am one also) The water vapor can and in most cases will exacerbate your asthma! If you feel things tightening down--Stop for a little bit! You may have to shorten your vaping sessions. I like my nicquids 50pg/50vg, the more the VG the more the vapor! I don't have as much trouble using 80/20 or 75/25 or even 65/35. But that said I am a vapor hog so I put up with alittle more just to get more vapor! In some ways a PV is very much like a nebulizer, it's just that the nebulizer vapor is a lot dryer. Now that I have put in my :2c: ! Congratulations and welcome to the world of vaping. I was a PAD smoker for 42 yrs. Picked up a joye type 510 and never touched another analog again! Working on 4 months and it is wonderful. Another juice supplier to try is Quick nic Juice - Quality E-liquid made to order & made in the U.S.A . They have a very good selection of liquids and will mix them any way you like. :vapor:

Here are a couple more vendors that sell samples or sample packs:

FreedomSmokeUSA

www.vsvapor.net

You mentioned Peach. Try the Amaretto Peach from Vapor Station. Good stuff.

Also Freedom Smoke USA has some pretty decent tobacco flavors for your DH. I like their American Spirit and Freedom Smoke. But they have many other tobacco flavors.

For more vapor less TH the two best sample packs are Halo and Want2Vape
Halo E-Liquid Sample Pack
want2vape 3ml 10+1 Sampler Special

The want2vape is a very nice deal with its 10 flavors for 18 dollars including shipping, someone mentioned Alien Visions at Alien Visions E-Juice, also a very nice juice vendor but they don't have a sample "pack" just sample size bottles...still it is good stuff.

I prefer to buy juice from juice vendor and pv from pv vendor

I also do the same thing. Stick with PV stuff with the hardware vendors because most of them don't make their own juice. Also, the specifically hardware vendors can usually get their gear for cheaper. So you'll have to hit and miss a few times. Get a sampler pack if one is avalible(sp) that way you can find out what flavors you like.
