Please go to
http://www.denverpost.com/ci_26194656/post-poll-should-smoking-bans-cover-e-cigarettes
and vote.

Currently, 47% of votes support city ordinances banning vaping, while 53% of votes oppose the nonsensical laws.

A related article about some towns in Colorado banning vaping or considering doing so is at
http://www.denverpost.com/News/Loca...ulate-where-electronic-cigarettes-can-be-used

This issue is more complex in CO because voters legalized the illegal {OTHER STUFF}, and because increasingly more folks are vaping the formerly illegal {OTHER STUFF} (or products derived from it).

My "vape everywhere, with respect" position has a tough time with this one only cause I'm not aware of CO laws are for smoking other stuff. If that is not allowed in public, I'd like to know the reasoning. And as vapers in CO could, rather easily vape other stuff, then it would be challenging for LEO to know the difference. Hence, that does confuse this issue. Though I am of opinion that smoking ought to be allowed in public in designated areas (including indoors).

So, I'd need more info before I vote here and didn't see answers I seek in the article(s).

NO 54.24 % - Let's go :)

What on earth do you mean? I see 3 comments, all of them pro-vaping.
There were more once upon a time. I know this for a fact, because mine isn't showing today. But, i did have a beer, so maybe it was a bit too rambunctious for them.

"..... ECig banning is a ploy to remove the only obstacle between the consumer and the highly addictive smokes."
