Does the bottom red light stay on indefinitely in the PCC, or just a couple of minutes before it turns green?

If just a couple of minutes, I'd say it's not a problem, but if it stays on indefinitely like mine, I would raise the issue for sure. at least from a quality control standpoint, theyd like to check it out.

Email val and let her know about the issue.

It stays on indefinitely. I guess I need to email them about it.

Wierd, but hope it all works out.

This issue is just with my manual copper shortie, and just noticed it recently myself. The batteries charge though, and work absolutely perfect, so didn't think much of it (especially since my PCC is almost a year old).

What color LED did your copper come with? Can you hold yours like you would an analog?

Did anyone ever get an answer to this? Mine does it too and I pm-ed Smilin and emailed @ the email above and didn't hear anything back.
My battery doesn't seem to hold the charge very long either. (I don't have the shortie).
I do love this ecig better than any other I have used though. The vapor and TH are awesome compared to the others.

18 days with no analogs!!

I've had this exact issue as well (shorty not charging).

If I play around with turning the battery inside the charger I can actually get the light to switch from red to green and back again. I tried cleaning the contacts with rubbing alcohol and when the light goes green unplugging the batt and plugging it back in.

Kind of a hassle, but it will charge this way. I was wondering whether getting another charger would solve the problem. Maybe not :/

I considered returning the battery, but since the battery will charge after plugging it in 2 times in a row (once 1-2 hours (red to green); then again for another 1-2 hours (starts red to green again)), I supposed it was the charger.

Edit: I'd like to add that Valerie did offer to assist me with this issue when it first came up. I just wasn't sure what the issue was and didn't want to waste their time without a proper diagnosis.
