My PCC doesnt hold a charge. The top light gets almost green then as soon as I unplug it and re plug it in its red. Also the bottom light wont light up at all. Has anyone had this problem or a know on how to fix it?

Go to the V4L site and send a message to customer service. They can best advise you. That sound wacky to me!
