It's not as potent as Pluid, I'll say that. It is designed to have notes both on the inhale, on the tongue, and on the exhale, through the nose. It doesn't have that "linger" effect as you describe that I have noticed. I haven't been able to get more since January :( so I have been clinging on to those last drops for that "must have" moment.

It is quite floral in essence it seems, not sweet, but a bit tangy perhaps? Still has a bit of bite. I hope I was descriptive enough lol sorry if that didn't help!

The exhale through the nose is certainly a must in any liquid for me, and based on your extremely thorough description (which is more than appreciated) I will certainly be grabbing a 30ML and giving it a whirl. Thanks!

Glad I never invested in Pluid than, that is disturbing.

Thanks...even though I would never order Pluid but I learned something new.

Yea I've tried it a couple of times (before I found out there was essential oil in it of course) and it just isn't for me. But to each his own I guess.

Pluid isn't the only juice that has oils in it. I know Ecocooler from MBV does, when used in a glass tank you can see little beads of oil just like you can with new pluid. Over time the oil mixes in and you can no longer see it. I have several bottles of Pluid that have been sitting for about 4-5 months and the oil no longer separates back out. The liquid gets clearer as well.

I'm not really worried about the oil myself. Your lungs are great at removing stuff from inside them, any small amounts of oil that might stay in the lungs gets moved on up and out like any other random nasties that work into your lings.

If vaping pluid caused breathing issues or something I'd be worried, but Pluid has never done anything to my lungs. Cigarettes have various essential oils added to them, I'm sure BURNING oil is far worse than a bit of it floating along some vapor. Not to mention how often I burn things on the stove, I'm sure I've inhaled more bacon grease and butter than anise oil.

I'd say the "fears" over Pluid are far more hyped than the juice itself.

Actually the fear is with allergic reactions to essential oils, so be careful when you state the fear is hyped just cause you haven't or known of anyone that has had an allergic reaction. That is why I don't buy ejuice from those who aren't willing to release their ingredients and don't get ingredients mixed up with recipes. In the end, ejuice manufacturers will run into people like me who are allergic to certain ingredients and I am ever so vigilant to never experience those symptoms from said allergies.

Some people may never have an allergic reaction to certain ingredients and attempt to state that we are merely "fear mongering", well we aren't.

Thanks for bringing up the allergy thing, not really being allergic to anything I often times don't consider that.

But I meant the fear in general, not specifically related to the oil allergy thing (many people seem unaware it has oils in it and still bash Pluid)

First people said things along the lines of "if it dissolves plastic tanks what does it do to your lungs!"

Then they realized many juices break down plastic, and it has no bearing on how it effects your body, so they switched to the food coloring being bad for you. Even though many other juices have food coloring and AFAIK (other than possible allergies?) there's no known danger vaping tiny tiny amounts of food coloring.

Then it was the oil, even though again other juices have oils and (other than possible allergies) there aren't known dangers using it.

I'm not trying to be argumentative, I'm simply tired of all the ridiculous attacks on Pluid. If you look around the forum there are TONS of people saying the things I just mentioned, it gets old.

On the subject of allergies, are people allergic to orange oil and anise oil? If you know you are allergic to a certain food item, wouldn't it be standard practice to stay away from a juice flavored with an oil from a food you are allergic to? I really don't understand the issue.

I'll give my input.

Do any of you guys remember when Coca Cola brought out a clear version which tasted identical yet went off the shelves quickly due to consumers not being able to deal with the colour of it?

I work in marketing myself and it is one of those weird nuances where people want their food and drinks to be the same colour as their fruit counterpart etc.

Personally, I have never bought into this but it is why some manufacturers colour their say orange e liquid orange.

I thought that was Pepsi Crystal back in the early '90's, I remember people saying there were nails or needles or something in there.

I had a hard time with green ketchup. It tasted just like ketchup, but I couldn't get past the fact that it was green. I gagged.

I think you're spot on with that statement.

I had forgot that Pepsi also brought out a clear version.
The Coca Cola manufactured version was under the Tab brand and called "Tab Clear" I believe.

The human mind is a weird thing.

Question. I hope it's an okay place to ask this.

I know that Pluid will crack polycarbonate tanks.

Will it be alright with Polyethylene? I believe that's what the little Nalgenes bottles are made with... I was wondering if it'd be alright to use in my Bogger as I'd seen a couple pictures with Pluid in little plastic dropper bottles. I just don't know how long they've been sitting in said bottles to come to any assumption.

Thank you! :)
