Plume Veil - authentic or clone

Hello, might be a stupid question but I couldn't find clear info anywhere else. Someone recently offered me what they said was an authentic white plume veil. Can anyone tell me if there is such a thing? I couldn't find one for sale anywhere and their website isn't much help. Thanks!
