Yea that the only PITA. I have to carry a mech to really sub ohm and the dna for 30 watts. The ipv is muchhhhhh bigger than the vapor shark. But then again the vapor shark really shines with a 1.2-1.8 ohm coil. I actually had to break out the 28 gauge kanthal again. But i would like to use the same rda on both my mech and my dna and its just not possible.
Now that i have a 30 watt device i dont see a point on getting a 50. Imma wait a few extra weeks and get the new 100 watt monster with upgradable chip and I feel much safer with sigelei as a brand anyway. That fires down to .15ohms

As you can see the wick is orange. It happened the first few hours I had juice in the PV. I know its not the juice bc like i said the juice is 100 vg and very clear. I have used it in many other devices and days later the wick is still white.. Im not sure about this.

That's so odd. My juice is sortve orange so I wouldn't be able to tell. I also have a different brand clone. Hmm. Maybe boil it or something? Don't let it touch the bottom of the pan though. Then look at the water after a few minutes. Don't use a lot of water. Possible test?

It doesnt look like the gold plating is coming off where i can start to see under the plating. Im not sure what it could be.
I also dont no if i want to take the time to boil a 20$ clone. I might just buy the copper version from tobeco or the brand you have. Id like to find if infinite has made the PV yet as i have always gotten good clones from them.

Your plating isn't dissolving unless you're vaping some muriatic acid
At least my PV clone from them has stellar plating. I get the brown wick too. I change every other day though when i remember.
That is very strange, I have used this juice in other rdas and have never seen this before. This would happen bc of the nicotine even if its only 3mgs as this juice is?

Jeez...my wicks are the exact color...it's a strong flavor, but the only one that could go in a carto longer than a tank..I think I went a month with it.
Question- are my coils wobbly cuz a messed up unit? Or are the super long legs causing them to be fragile? I ripped one coil out rewicking-first build. This is my second build. First build wasn't as close to airflow..
As soon as I rewicked..but they changed as mentioned.
Edit- they also glow even enough you have to look really hard at them to tell which one is slightly leading..I attribute the darkening more to differences in wicking..than differences of heat.
Edit-man those screws are screwed..I need to order some, but was wondering if my atty is screwed from how they cut everything..the afc was rough and fits tight in body.
And is the cap suppose to be really loose on base? Dental floss?

I have noticed that my 100% VG juices do not crackle and pop, but even juice that is 80% VG / 20% PG crack and pop. I also know if I drool a tiny bit and it goes down through the mouth piece....it causes tons of crackling and popping from the saliva (tastes bad as well). It seems to happen when I am taking long pulls, or if I just got done taking my sub-lingual medication
I just got the tobeco orchid, and I flew it in the trash can. BY FAR the worst quality device ive seen in a while. I'll never buy a tobeco product.
Yeah...tobeco...my hammer has a piece of copper modded for positive pin, turtle ship sucks, and I have had 3 kayfun/91 clones that needed major modification to function. I got a copper tobh, cuz it was cheap... they did a better job than hcigar with the body and heat sink..but not with the actual atomizer part.lol
