Plume Veil Whistle

Ok, I thought I could deal with it, but I am losing my mind. How do I get rid of that dang whistle? I have slightly countersunk the bottom and top air holes without any change.

Anything else I can try?

i think metal burr's can also make it whistle so check around the inside of the holes, check the neg post hole's inside aswell maybe
