Hey All: First off I want to Thank all those who have Welcomed me and Helped me! A Big Thank You Goes out to Baditude for His Help in Making it Simplistic for a Noob like me to where I now have a Basic Understanding that I can move on and up with Some Confidence! I’m ready to make a purchase. I’ve decided on the eGo Twist Variable and or the Vision Spinner Variable using CE5 Clearomizer and or the CE5 Mini Vivi Nova tank. Should I go with both batteries and Clearomizers from the Same Company or Do You Think its Cool to get one from each?

smoktek has a kit with the eGo Twist in a kit for $34.95 here it comes with 1 eGo Twist Battery a CE4 Clearomizer 1.6ml, 1 USB Charger and a Hard Case what do you think of this kit and the deal? I’ve been looking for a kit for the Vision Spinner but I have not found one yet? Does anyone know of a kit with the Vision Spinner?

My Freedom Smokes has a Kit for the eGo Twist with a 2 Battery setup with 2 Vivi Nova Tanks for $99.95 but they are out of stock you can see it here I thought of going with a eGoPass Through but with Batteries with this kind of capacity why? Can anyone make a case for a pass through with the components I’m looking at? If you have any links to stores that carry these items that you have had a good relationship with or the prices are right please let me know I would like to place an order by Monday.

I would like to have 2 Batteries and a Couple Quality Clearomizers, Cartomizers or some type of Tank set up for beginners. Maybe a couple of standard type Clearomizers for extra Flavors? And replacement heads. I don’t want to get too many of just one kind so I can find out what I like and what works for me. Plus a couple of extra chargers as well. Any and All Opinions are Welcome!

Also, were would you suggest I go for a good eJuice sampler kit. Not so focused on tobacco flavors I really want to see what all these other flavors are about!

Thanks

If you already kind of have a basic understanding of what you are looking for and what you want to get out of it, I would recommend checking out madvapes and putting your own kit together. The prices are incredibly reasonable. You will want 2 ego, kgo, what have you because when one burns out that charge time seems 6 hrs too long. you could also try a passthrough which allows you to vape as you charge. I started with Ego twists and gotta say they only get better from there.

The Twist is a good start for someone new to vaping...but remember it is a disposible device..
I started my freind out with a couple of Twists just to get her into vaping...She loves it..
One Twist started to have button issues after a few weeks- the other one lasted a couple of months before the top poped off (it fell apart).

Dont go to overboard on spending ..buy a cheap Twist kit so you can learn how to vape... in mean time save your money up to buy a VV mod that will last....need I say more? Provari USA made quality with great customer service....

Provari is definitely the "best" according to almost all of the veterans, but for a beginner its blindingly expensive. At the beginner's price range you can still get the best of both worlds (VV and passthrough.) Check out the eGo V Mega V/V. (Available lots of places, that is just where I got it..) Its a bit more expensive than a twist but more precise (digital .1V adjustments from 3-6 instead of analog dial) and has a passthrough built in. Also ever so slightly larger battery (1200mah vs 1100.)

If you want a super easy draw (feels like I'm wearing nothing at all!) the CE4/5s are good. For a tighter draw the vivi nova is awesome (that is what I like.)

I'd do a cheap standard eGo battery as a backup and a twist/spinner/mega-vv for your primary. You always want 2 of everything, even if you have a passthrough, in case the primary breaks..

Pass Throughs are awesome if you spend a lot of time at the PC or stationary because they can put out a constant high voltage which batteries cannot (regulated mods can but batteries still die). For $35ish you can have one hell of a vape while you are couch potatoing it up and then use your portable units for out and about. It also will reduce battery wear as you won't cycle them as often. If you do pick one up make sure its threaded the same as your device so you can just throw your tank or w/e on there and go to town.
