2) sorry but that stuff tastes horrible, i've never even heard of a diet anything that was worth a damn towards dieting (though does a good job of prying money from wallets) I think the only REAL thing you can do is eat REAL foods (produce, not canned isle; meat counter, not frozen section and avoid pre-packaged meals at all costs) and then eat what u will but be active as possible as well - if u'r body is anything like mine it'll let u know. (just like it's been letting me know i've not been eating right myself l8ly so i honestly have no room to talk since i've not been active either (actually lost weight and gained girth- not to thrilled about that)

but that's my :2c: take it for what it's worth

IMHO, any potential dangers posed by artificial sweeteners (I'm partial to sucralose aka Splenda) aren't as bad as the insulin spike havoc refined sugars and especially High Fructose Corn Syrup create when consumed. It's kind of the same as my view on the potential dangers of vaping.

Just because we can eat sugar doesn't mean we should, and it's proportion in our diets is a modern invention way out of whack with what our bodies evolved on. I try to limit even artificially sweetned stuff but I'd rather keep consuming them than go back to full sugar all the time.
