Polycarbonate Tank

My first tank mod. All resources came and I just do it as quickly as possible. The tube cutter not really good so a bit of edgy at the corner. Going to wait for my saddle valve to arrive.

Currently: Do leak test. So far so good. No leaks. Will be testing if it leaks during vaping.

Capacity: ~4ml

Nice... Do take note about juice that can be used with polycarbonate tanks. BDV has some info on it.

Do take note that when you turn the saddle valve, once you hear the click of the punching thru of your carto, stop immediately. Then proceed to turn the saddle valve 3 and a half times before stopping. I wasted 1 carto punching...

Vinyl grommets and o ring. Grommet is glycrol resistance.

That grommet is only for 3/4 of and 5/8 I'd.

5/16 id is so small. And your tube is going to have such a thick wall. I doubt you going to have an equipment to cut a tube with 7/16 wall
